There is a new trend in exercise for those seeking to reduce measures, tone muscles and dance. It's called rumbaterapia.

The dance routine is for 45 minutes a variety of rhythms in order to burn calories and strengthen muscles made simple and entertaining.

Polo states that each rhythm acts on specific body areas, including in that exercise is less common. For example, he says, salsa tones the arms , merengue affects the lumbar region (waist and hip).
As a matter of Polo, the most important benefit is that rumbaterapia not cause the same fatigue that a series of exercises. "People say you are lazy to do 30 minutes of walking and 30 more ofweights. That makes it come predisposed to fatigue," he explains.
"After four or five aerobics classes, I was bored. With this, classes are fun and the teacher gives us good music," says Mary Clare, 22.
Another benefit is that improves physical fitness and blood circulation through low-impact movements, ideal for those unaccustomed to exercise.

This therapy has no contraindications, as each person works according to your stamina. "A treadmill requires 15 minutes to start burning calories. Here, in the second song, all the muscles are working. And if people are tired, just switched to slower rhythms like bachata and vallenato to relax muscles and avoid contractures, "he adds. (GM)
